Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote, U.S.
Preferred location: Nevada, California, or West Virginia
Type: Full-time

Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Engineer at OnVibe, you will be the bridge between our intelligent backend systems and the user experience. Working closely with the Head of Engineering, our AI team, and Product Design, you will build and iterate on the core web application. We are looking for a scrappy, pragmatic developer who is fluent in modern web frameworks and highly adept at using AI coding copilots (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude) to accelerate their workflow. You don't just write code; you use AI to write boilerplate, refactor intelligently, and ship user-facing features at breakneck speed.

Key Responsibilities

 

AI-Assisted Full-Stack Development

  • Prompt-Driven Engineering: Leverage AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) daily to accelerate frontend and backend development, write tests, and troubleshoot bugs.

  • Feature Delivery: Build out core product features end-to-end. This includes everything from revamping the Settings tab and integrating tooltips to building dynamic, interactive dashboards for social media insights.

  • Frontend Excellence: Translate Figma designs into responsive, snappy, and accessible UIs using React and Next.js.

API & Systems Integration

  • Connecting the "Brain": Consume REST/GraphQL APIs and WebSockets to connect the frontend seamlessly with our complex AI agent workflows and RAG pipelines.

  • Third-Party Integrations: Assist in building and maintaining integrations with social media APIs (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) for cross-platform publishing and telemetry.

  • Infrastructure Basics: Deploy and manage frontend builds and serverless functions (e.g., via Vercel), ensuring high performance and uptime.

Collaboration & Quality

  • Code Review & Standards: While you use AI to move fast, you take full ownership of the output. You ensure generated code is secure, scalable, and adheres to our platform's architectural standards.

  • Iterative Prototyping: Work directly with the Product team to spin up quick UI prototypes for usability testing before committing to heavy backend logic.

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

  • High-Velocity Shipping: You are consistently pushing new features, UI improvements, and bug fixes to production on a weekly basis, enabled by your mastery of AI coding tools.

  • Seamless User Experience: The OnVibe web app feels fast, intuitive, and perfectly synced with the heavy AI lifting happening on the backend.

  • Clean Codebase: You’ve helped establish a pattern of using AI tools responsibly—generating code quickly but maintaining strict quality control and documentation.

Ideal Background & Experience

  • 2–4 Years of Full-Stack Experience: Proven experience building and deploying modern web applications, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Modern Web Stack: Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase and Postgres, Node.js (and/or Python for backend services), and styling frameworks (like Tailwind CSS).

  • AI Tool Mastery: Demonstrable experience integrating AI copilots into your daily development workflow to 10x your output.

  • API Fluency: Comfortable working with complex external APIs (especially social media Graph APIs) and handling asynchronous data flows.

  • The Startup Mindset: You are highly adaptable, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and believe strongly in "shipping over polishing." You take pride in being a pragmatic problem solver.

Compensation

We hire in California, Nevada, and West Virginia, and compensation is benchmarked by role scope, experience, skill set, and location.

  • California: $145,000 – $220,000 base salary

  • Outside California: $120,000 – $150,000 base salary

Final compensation may vary based on experience, technical depth, and market factors. This range does not include any equity, bonus, or benefits that may be offered separately.

Social Media Strategist

Location: Remote, U.S.
Preferred location: Nevada, California, or West Virginia
Type: Contract/Full-time

Position Overview

The Social Media Strategist is responsible for working with OnVibe concierge clients and creating strategies and plans to help our clients achieve their stated goals for social platforms including content strategy, creative execution,, and community engagement. This role blends creativity with science, understanding trends, product drops, and brand moments and converting them into compelling social storytelling that drives growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Social Strategy & Content

  • Own social strategy across Instagram, TikTok and related platforms

  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with product releases, campaigns, and events

  • Create and publish short-form content

  • Translate product and brand moments into engaging, trend-relevant content

Community

  • Collaborate with brands to amplify campaigns and content

  • Manage day-to-day community engagement (comments, DMs, replies)

  • Act as a bridge between community feedback and internal teams

Performance & Operations

  • Manage posting calendar and execution

  • Track performance and optimize content based on insights and trends

  • Partner cross-functionally with product to provide feedback on features and development

Qualifications

  • 1–5+ years in social media, content, or digital marketing

  • Strong understanding of Meta platform features such as Business Center and ad platforms

  • Proven ability to create engaging, high-performing short-form content

  • Comfortable shooting/editing content when needed

  • Strong sense of brand storytelling

Compensation

We hire in California, Nevada, and West Virginia, and compensation is benchmarked by role scope, experience, skill set, and location.

  • California: $100,000 – $130,000 base salary

  • Outside California: $75,000 – $110,000 base salary

For an initial contract period, compensation may be structured on an hourly or contract basis consistent with the annualized range above. Final compensation may vary based on experience and market factors. This base range does not include potential equity grants, performance bonuses, or benefits packages for which the role may be eligible upon conversion to full-time.
